Payment Period: Bank transfers must be completed within 7 days of placing the order.

Items marked "In Stock" will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

For cash-on-delivery orders, items will be shipped within 2 business days after the order is confirmed.

For pre-order items, the lead time shown on the product page applies regardless of the payment method.

If materials are out of stock, fulfillment may take longer than the lead time shown. We will notify you when accepting your order.

We accept returns if an item is defective or differs from your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference, including differences from on-screen colors or expectations.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged through the customer’s fault or items that have been used.

If there is a problem with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We cover return shipping costs. Please return the item with shipping charges payable by the recipient.

Refunds are made by bank transfer to your designated account. We cover the bank transfer fee.
